MATRICAL LINEAGE
A series of images based on the female gaze, the representation of femininity and taking control of it. In these images it tells a story of a women who is going back in time to her grandma's era. She has been taken back to the 60’s and is dancing around her bedroom without the eye or judgment of anyone else. She can take off the corset and clothing that society tells her she has to wear. She is now free to express herself in the safety of her own bedroom. The tights represent the female form and the different folds, curves and creases in the female body.
